		<description>Well sometimes you can&#039;t help but have to play office politics. It&#039;s how you get promoted and how you get out of lowsy situations. But it&#039;s probably best not to be on the &#039;shit giving&#039; side of the equasion. I&#039;m sure your transfer will come through quickly and whoever your new boss is will see that you are not some trouble starter and that you are a hard worker and dismiss whatever the Bitch said. Bitch&#039;s colleagues probably already know of her bad tacticts and don&#039;t put much stock in her lies. Well, hopefully they do, anyway.

God&#039;s always there you just have to reach up to Him and He will be there for you.</description>

but i&#039;m glad you know that it&#039;s not healthy for you to do so long term so yup, stick to the resolution of not partaking in it anymore...</description>
